Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE?
A. We guarantee a full refund if you are dissatisfied with your order in any way. Let us know within 60 days of receipt, and please note that we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, damaged, or relabeled in any way, unless damage occurred during shipment. A. We offer flat-rate shipping anywhere in the USA for $4.75 and to Canada for $10.75.
Q. IS THERE ANY DUTY FOR ROTARY INSTRUMENT SHIPMENTS TO CANADA?
A. No; rotary instruments are duty-free items to Canada.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
A. Orders should arrive within 2 to 5 business days, although delivery times depend on the postal service in your area. All orders are sent from our distribution center within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed.
