DEGRANULATION DIAMONDS

Degranulation Diamond Burs are Designed with extra-large diamond grit to remove soft tissue, root/bone fragments left from tooth extractions.  Easily remove tissue from extraction site socket that may be difficult to achieve (or access) manually with a surgical hand instrument. These Surgical Latch type burs are available in round sizes of: 1.0, 2.5, 3.0, & 3.5mm. It is suggested that during use without irrigation while removing soft tissue and with irrigation on bone.
